First of all, I would like to say I am not dead and hopefully going to get back into the swing of things with the worst of my exams over with. Secondly and the main point, I am excited about the London Expo tomorrow, being my first actual anime convention visit.
The spoils and such will probably be blogged on afterwards as well, hopefully sparking me off to stop being dead on the blogging matter. Lately also, redesigns of the site are in development, at the end of which a couple of wordpress themes possibly will be available but that may take the whole summer.hope to show a preview at least soon and finally use the domain to a better standard.
I know loads of people in my college who are REALLY excited about the expo. And while I try to explain to them that it’ll have nothing more but a tiny anime section which isn’t any more interesting than the anime section at Forbidden Planet (except you get a free goody bag), they still want to go =P
I’m not going, but I’m going to feel left out since ExCel is right round the corner. Argh, if only I knew I would be getting bang for my buck, I’d go. It’s a pity, since we could have had a mini #animeblogger meet-up, since it seems some of the other UK members will be going too.
It’d be cool if they had, like, anime panels and stuff there. The only semi interesting thing about Expo IMO is the cosplayers.
