#1 reason to watch: Mao-neesan!!

First post for this season from me. The first thing I watched of this season was Kimikiss and me being a sap like I am and possibly manned out from Gurren Lagann of the previous season but I really enjoyed it.

Don’t get me wrong, I have no problem with romance or love comedies but it is a weird change from the action packed last season to now see a spread of more mushy stuff.

Kimikiss has a great pallet of characters, and to my knowledge, apparently the main character from the original game was split into two for the anime. It sounded like a good idea to me, but at watching it, I found that I couldn’t hold interest to what happened to the both of them. Therefore, the Kazuki and Eriko moments have gone over my head without that much impact except for the paper air plane, to which was born the following.

Done in 5 minutes I hope to do a few to spice up my reviews. Colour may be my next step. Proper fan arts as well possibly.

At the moment, it seems to have from the very start set up the pairings already, which actually, I was somewhat hoping for Kouichi/Mao from the get go for some reason. This could probably explain why I enjoyed the Kimikiss Manga a bit more. I don’t like Kai either…

Nevertheless, it was a good start to the season, and Kimikiss is a definite one for my schedule. Let’s see how this one goes…
