Kannagi 06 - Meido

You know that time that I said I would review other anime. Evidentally I lied!

Stars in my eyes, I was overjoyed to see the new episode of Kannagi after a excruciating wait. I was not let down. The wait was so worth it.

From start to finish, the bra shopping section was way too hillarious. So many things made this so hillarious; Tsugumi with the misunderstanding and Nagi getting irratated by how small her chest is. Even a Haruhi cameo. The bit at the end where Jin is surprised had me nearly in tears.

I really like the interplay between Takako and Akiba. The two of them have really become two really hillarious characters and I adore every second that either of them get screen time. If they can get them together, all the better then.

Daitetsu is hillarious at times too, being quite demure for his stature. Hell, the whole cast is super amazing - probably why I like this show so much. I have always been a character person, less so a plot person. I apologise but it is around here that my brain melted into an incoherant rambling of Moe.

I love this anime.

Pixels! For some reason, I really liked this look. Just for the single shot though.

Quick and lazy splice job just so I could get the full shot. I thought Tsugumi was so hillarious here being so embarassed, even being labled as Tsundere for her actions. I cracked at her, hitting her head on the wall.

I have always wondered why the hair floats like that when a character gets flustered…

…but considering how red their faces are, it is quite possible the extreme heat caused huge hair moving up-drafts.

Zange had a minimal apperance this episode but man did she make her time worth it, and a unimportant character really shone. The suddenly macho manager making Zange stay was quite hillarious indeed.

So in conclusion, I fricking love this show. I need more so desperately and I am actually quite interested in reading the original light novels… Here’s looking at you baka-tsuki.

Also, I swear I am watching other anime this season, despite the lack of evidence to back my claim. I swear!
