April’s fools y’all. The japanese go all out… or at least the eroge companies do anyways. Personal favourite is Type Moon’s wrestling federation. I particularly support the MWE. Akiha-sama AND Rider!
It has happened. We were ready to wait ages for this to come out and it has come out. Ever since the Fate route patch was released, we knew progress was happening. Most, like I, did not imagine in our wildest dreams that it would come out so fast. Up to the Unlimited Blade Works path is done and translated. Not only that, the option has now been added to add the voices from your copy of Realta Nua and you dont have to run it under AppLocale. This is wonderous. This is marvelous. I have never been so giddy and happy. =P
Scans for new Melty Blood game, called Actress Again (kinda lame name… but whatever) came out today. The name apart, I am quite excited as I love Melty Blood and the new game looks quite nice indeed with some new characters as well. It comes out in arcades in Spring 2008 (3-4 months away) apparently and I hope we can get a port or something sometime after…
And the Saber fans rejoiced, while the Rin and Sakura fans bide their time knowing that the routes they want will be out sooner than later now. So indeed, the Fate route has been released by mirrormoon and I am ecstatic. Although this storyline interested me the least, it does mean that the project is definitely moving and also, I have something to keep me busy… *Looks for wherever I left those Fate/Stay Night files* (Like i need another distraction with exams around the corner….)

It has been utter ages since Fate/Stay Night the anime came out hasn’t it? Well, relatively…. almost a year has passed since the final episode, enough time in fact for the dubs to come out and only just recently has the Final ED single come out… I’m surprised cause honestly I wasn’t expecting it. Alright, to the tracks, Aitaiyo. is spectacularly good, especially in it full form here (which I have set up for your easy listening pleasure below) which just brings back great memories from a great show. Kimi to no Ashita is also very good being a much more upbeat number… and the instrumentals… normally, I won’t mention these as there isn’t much to note but since the songs were so instrumentally based to begin with, the instrumentals come out spectacularly on their own and I have no trouble seeing them used as interesting background music… Very strong emotional music in this single here… I give it a 9/10.
On a side note, this reminds me I haven’t gotten around to reviewing the Character CDs that came out as well. =P
Alright, now in all honesty, there isn’t many doujin series that I actually follow, probably owing to most of it being just pr0n (which gets repetitive once in a while…) but every so often I happen across some good ones with a really well done storyline. Sword Dancer is a Fate/Stay Night doujin that features Archeko by Himura Kiseki. His first Sword Dancer was actually the first translated doujin I have ever read, and it was funny, well drawn and well thought out… So when I heard there was more, I kind of went all fanboyish… The first part of Sword Dancer II had already been translated and now the second part is as well… Strangely I found this out while perusing the image boards, which is ample reason why they should be perused more XD
Apparently Fate/Zero came out a week back at Comiket… There isnt that much hope that it’ll ever be translated but here’s hoping. Apparently the artbook was realeased at the same time called Material/Zero… which has been availible for download as well here. I put up some samples here as well…
Heard from here that that Kara No Kyoukai is going to be turned into a movie. Ufotable and Aniplex will be the companies involved and I’ve already gone crazy anticipating this.
For those out of the know, Kara No Kyoukai was a novel written by Kinoko Nasu before he wrote Tsukihime… for more info see here
Also, the demo for its drama CD can be found here and some translations can also be found here.
I honestly can’t fricking wait. XD
